Resolutions, Ordinances, or Other Climate Legislation

This assessment is based on five pieces of legislation. The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary has adopted multiple policies addressing climate action and sustainability across organizational operations and community infrastructure. This overview is based on seven climate action reports from the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary spanning 2014-2019, including annual Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program reports, a Corporate Greenhouse Gas Reduction Plan, and a Strategic Community Energy and Emissions Plan.
